Returned after 10 days sightseeing and practically fell out of the train into the hotel. Collected my left-luggage and moved in to a comfortable spacious, clean room to recover. Housekeeping was helpful as were breakfast room staff. An easy walk through the vibrant new city took me to the Centro Storico to complete my introduction to Bari.
The bar was not open even at 7pm. From my first visit I knew that restaurant and bar service was limited but must add that if booked ahead it is provided and is useful, if one arrives later in the evening, to avoid having to search for dinner in an unknown city.
The accomodations are good and the staff was very honest to solve a problem in my booking. Due this I really recommend this hotel.
Location was good.
No internet connection for 3 nights and the second day morning the hotel staff told me that there is no internet in all Bari, but it was a lie which I cannot appreciate...Although I am an engineer, I could not have the air-conditioner working at all nights, but I did not ask the hotel staff about it...
Very close to railway station which is also pickup/setdown for airport bus. Have already recommended to friends who have since stayed there.
Being a late arrival - about 9pm - the restaurant availability was confusing.
The location was good, next to the station, the old town and the beach. The room was clean and spacy, but a bit noisy.
We arrived before 9.00am and were provided with a room straight away. Friendly helpful staff. Good location near bus and railway stations, we used all 4 rail systems for various trips to different tourist attractions. Comfortable room with good soundproofing in a very busy location. Walking distance to the old town and the seafront, good restaurants within walking distance also.
Although there were restaurant facilities, it was not open for service on a regular basis. Also noticed the use of chipped crockery at breakfast.
The staffs were extremely friendly and eager to help us.
The staff was very helpful. Location was also excelent.
They have on the site "free wi-fi internet". I stayed there for 3 days and it never worked properly.
Good location directly across the street from the train station. Clean and modern.
The airconditioning was very poor. I could not adjust it. The room was hot and I could not open the window,
How could this hotel possibly offer 4-star rated accommodation?Hotel staff is rude, rooms are dirty and breakfast is absolutely awful. Don't ever stay here during your visit to Bari!
Large, clean room.
The hotel is incredibly convenient to the train station and airport, and seemed safe, but it's not an attractive neighborhood.
Opposite bus & train station, luggage storeage provided while on short trip away, large room was clean & comfortable. Value for money.
Central location. Cool, mod decor. Good breakfast. Helpful staff
The wifi did not work in the rooms as claimed.
The room was average an the breakfast was below average.
The only good thing about this hotel was the location across from the train station.
This hotel was a bit creepy. Front desk staff was not that welcoming, no one to help with bags, bar closed when we arrived. Only one floor looked like was open for guest as we stopped on a few floors and they were completely dark. The breakfast was terrible and we are not that picky.... Coffee was burned and for Italy, just unbelievable. I would never recommend this hotel for any reason, close to trains or not.
